The current systematic research campaign is frozen for WorldBox 0.51.2 build 719 / NML 1.2.0.1.
Closure does not turn heuristic counts into safe APIs. It means the practical campaign has explicit evidence or explicit boundaries, and the final integrated stress/reload run closed PASS.
Re-test when the game/loader changes or when a concrete runtime fact contradicts this baseline. Otherwise use the existing evidence for mod development instead of reopening broad research.
